How it all started...
Community Bible Fellowship Church started out as a small bible study in Clayton County, 1996. We met there on Friday Nights seeking God’s plan for the bible study and his plan for our lives. We decided that we would transfer the bible study from Friday Night to a Sunday morning event so we could start preparing for the Sunday worship experience.
We decided to name the ministry Community Bible Fellowship Church. The reason for the name was clear in its name. Community because we wanted to impact the area that God had placed us. The means by which we could impact it was through the Bible. The word of God is what Changes peoples lives and Communities which they live. Fellowship, to show the relationship that the people of God have for each other and the area that we touch. Church is the called out ones they are the sole means that God demonstrates his power in the world that we live.
